Consume aceite de oliva<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2762\" src=\"https:\/\/florigan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/olive.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>\u00e1cido oleico<\/strong>\u00a0que se encuentra fundamentalmente en el aceite de oliva\u00a0mejora la funci\u00f3n pancre\u00e1tica y aumenta la absorci\u00f3n de minerales. Incluido en la dieta de forma habitual,\u00a0<strong>reduce la acidez del est\u00f3mago<\/strong>, retrasa su vaciamiento y parece tener\u00a0<strong>efectos antiinflamatorios<\/strong>. Dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva contienen el 60% de la vitamina E diaria recomendada, con los beneficios antienvejecimiento que \u00e9sta aporta. Adem\u00e1s, tomar dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva crudo en ayunas act\u00faa como\u00a0<strong>laxante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Esto hace que las heces tengan una consistencia m\u00e1s blanda, lo cual facilita la defecaci\u00f3n. La cantidad recomendada es de\u00a0<strong>unos 30 g. al d\u00eda<\/strong>. El exceso de fibra favorece el estre\u00f1imiento y la flatulencia.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Consume cada d\u00eda cinco porciones de frutas y verduras<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2761\" src=\"https:\/\/florigan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/frutas.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Aportan\u00a0<strong>agua, fibra y vitaminas y minerales<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s la pectina (manzana), muc\u00edlagos (higos, borrajas) y almid\u00f3n (arroz, patata, pan) de estos alimentos protegen la mucosa intestinal. Las frutas y vegetales son la mayor fuente de\u00a0<strong>antioxidantes<\/strong>\u00a0y son uno de los pilares de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Si se deja de consumir leche, con el tiempo se deja de producir la enzima lactasa. Esto adem\u00e1s repercutir\u00e1 negativamente en nuestra salud \u00f3sea porque nos estaremos privando de una de las mayores\u00a0<strong>fuentes de calcio<\/strong>\u00a0de nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n. Lo ideal en estos casos no es dejar de tomar leche, sino tomar<strong>\u00a0leche sin lactosa<\/strong>, con lo que tu sistema digestivo se sentir\u00e1 como cuando eras joven.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Bebe suficiente agua<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2766\" src=\"https:\/\/florigan.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/giphy.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Es necesario tomar\u00a0<strong>de 1,5 a 2 litros de agua al d\u00eda<\/strong>. El agua\u00a0es vital para nuestro organismo, pero adem\u00e1s facilita la digesti\u00f3n y previene el estre\u00f1imiento.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>6. Modera la ingesta de alimentos grasos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Se consideran alimentos grasos aquellos que contienen una elevada proporci\u00f3n de grasa, como la\u00a0<strong>mantequilla<\/strong>, margarina, tocino, manteca, y carnes grasas, embutidos, v\u00edsceras, natas, huevos y quesos curados.\u00a0<strong>Cocina con aceites vegetales<\/strong>\u00a0(oliva y girasol) y\u00a0<strong>evita las mantecas, mantequillas y margarinas<\/strong>. Reduciendo la ingesta de grasas\u00a0<strong>se<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>aligeran las digestiones<\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong>se evita un exceso cal\u00f3rico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7. Prepara los alimentos de manera sencilla<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Preparar los alimentos de manera sencilla es una manera de proteger nuestro sistema digestivo. Lo mejor es preparar los alimentos hervidos, a la plancha, al horno, al vapor.\u00a0<strong>Evita los condimentos fuertes,<\/strong>\u00a0especias, picantes y alimentos demasiado quemados.<strong>\u00a0Limita el consumo de platos preparados de manera industrial<\/strong>, ya que suelen tener exceso de grasas y sal.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>8. Evita las comidas abundantes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Lo ideal es distribuir la ingesta de alimentos del d\u00eda\u00a0<strong>en cinco tomas<\/strong>: desayuno, media ma\u00f1ana, almuerzo, merienda y cena. Esto evita la sobrecarga del sistema digestivo, la producci\u00f3n elevada de insulina, y aporta energ\u00eda de modo continuado a lo largo del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>9. Controla los gases<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Para ello hay que vigilar c\u00f3mo se come y lo que se come.\u00a0<strong>Mastica despacio los alimentos<\/strong>\u00a0y traga con cuidado para evitar una ingesta excesiva de aire. Masticar chicle y beber con pajita favorece la degluci\u00f3n de aire. La dentadura postiza mal adaptada tambi\u00e9n puede ser motivo de una masticaci\u00f3n y degluci\u00f3n inadecuadas.<\/p>\n<p>Evita las\u00a0<strong>bebidas gaseosas o carbonatadas<\/strong>\u00a0que neutralizan la secreci\u00f3n g\u00e1strica pero producen un efecto rebote, de modo que despu\u00e9s la secreci\u00f3n \u00e1cida es mayor. Adem\u00e1s aumentan la distensi\u00f3n abdominal. Reduce el consumo de\u00a0<strong>dulces,\u00a0<\/strong>ya que tambi\u00e9n favorecen la producci\u00f3n de gas. Modera la ingesta de los\u00a0<strong>alimentos con mucha f\u00e9cula<\/strong>\u00a0como la col, la coliflor, las habichuelas, el br\u00e9col, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Siguiendo estos h\u00e1bitos\u00a0se reducir\u00e1n significativamente los gases intestinales y las molestias que estos ocasionan.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>10.
